My first attempt at water coloring. I used water color paper, heat embossing elements, water-based markers, and the Hero Arts Daisy and Bugs die and stamp set.
I began by using gold embossing powder. Next, I added a small amount of color from my markers to the stamped images, then pulled the color out with paint brushes dipped in water.
It was easier than I had expected. I made a variety of cards - I really like the daisy stamp from this set.

Dog Treats and Tags
Emmitt did a little gift-giving yesterday, sharing dog treats with neighborhood friends and a few friends from church. For the tags, I used the Taylored Expressions die, “Little Bits Crayon” - super cute! We made the tags using fall colors for a fall treat!

Combining Paper Scrapbooking with Digital
Using Rhonna Designs and Rhonna Collage again, I created this 8 x 10 page, containing several photos and digital embellishments.
Next, I added this to several layers of 12 x 12 paper. Cute layout to add to my scrapbook, and it was so easy to complete - add ribbon, paper, brads, and a stamped date! Close to 15 minutes. I get the fun of digital, and I still get to play with paper and embellishments!
Next, I created the second half of the layout, but without any digital scrapbooking; it was all manual. A labor of love! But it took almost two hours.
And to close out my 2018 scrapbook, I created a Christmas layout using another digital design on 8 x 10, and added floral embellishments, a date, and a border.

Heritage, Vintage, and Family History
As I near completion of this album, I am so excited about it. I’ll gift four albums to family members. With every page, I loved reminiscing.
Such a young man - I would have loved to have known my grandfather at this age.
I love adding pockets - a sweet little surprise. Also, I seldom journal - I do not really like my printing and writing, but felt like this was the right project for it.

Scrapbooking January 2018
As always, I find myself a little behind in sorting through and organizing photos! But I am slowly catching up.
I love these photos - a quick trip in January can be such a fun thing!

A Little Polish Gift Tag
I picked up an adorable die from “Tailored Expressions”. I think that these tags will be adorable with some little gifts! Can’t wait to use them.

Happy Hello Cards
Just a happy hello from our dog!
I had been debating how to use my new dog stamps so I gave this a try.
